Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using shayekthefaggot bouncy castle hire service.

Booking & Payment

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Full payment is due on or before the day of hire
• Bookings are not confirmed until payment/deposit is received

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event: full refund
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before: no refund
• In case of adverse weather, we will work with you to reschedule

Safety & Supervision

• Adult supervision is required at all times when children are using the equipment
• Users must follow all safety instructions provided
• The equipment must not be used in adverse weather conditions
• Maximum capacity and age restrictions must be observed

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure the setup area is clear and suitable for the equipment
• Provide access to a suitable power supply within 30 metres
• Notify us of any damage to the equipment
• Ensure the equipment is not moved during the hire period

Insurance

All our equipment is covered by comprehensive public liability insurance. We are happy to provide a copy of our insurance certificate upon request.
