Cancellation & Refund Conditions
Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel relative to your event date:
- More than 14 days before the event – Full refund of all payments made
- 7 to 14 days before the event – Full refund minus the deposit amount
- 3 to 7 days before the event – 50% refund of the total hire cost
- Less than 3 days before the event – No refund available
Weather-Related Cancellations
If we are unable to set up due to unsafe weather conditions (high winds, heavy rain, storms), we will offer you the choice of:
- A full refund of all payments made
- Rescheduling to an alternative date at no extra cost, subject to availability
The decision on whether weather conditions are unsafe is made by our team in accordance with industry safety guidelines. We will contact you as soon as possible if we need to cancel due to weather.
Equipment Issues
In the unlikely event of equipment failure during your hire period, we will endeavour to provide a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a proportional refund based on the remaining hire time affected.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:
- Your booking reference number
- The date of your event
- The reason for your cancellation or refund request
Refund Processing
- All approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking
- You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Deposits
Where a deposit has been paid to secure a booking, this deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date, unless the cancellation is due to weather or equipment issues on our part.
